The candidate will be a key partner in the sales cycle and interact with customers (both over the phone and if possible, on site) to build trust and act as a principal advisor by showcasing our solutions, setting up product demonstrations, and explaining the value of our technology solutions to customers. If you are intrinsically motivated, with an openness to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, thrive in a dynamic environment, and learn\/grow with your surrounding team, we\u2019d love to hear from you![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/5&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1655064228950{padding-left: 25px !important;}&#8221;][contact-form-7 id=&#8221;3240&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>Core Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer needs in various industries.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales activity in company Professional Services Automation (PSA) system as well as partner managed systems to assist the Sales Development Representatives where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and handle prospective and current customer Request for Information (RFI), among the sales &amp; marketing team activities.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Understand processes in PSA system by completing assigned training materials.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Request-For-Proposals (RFPs) for marketing collateral based on industry research and sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Receive requests for service and product details from prospects and provide timely responses.<\/li>\n<li>Work with marketing stakeholders to develop SEO and other advertising\/promotion activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budget reporting and internal audit activities relating to marketing and sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the sales teams with technical knowledge pertaining to the products and solutions offered by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the sales team, current and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Support the sales team by managing schedules, assist in formulation marketing collateral, creating sales documents and proposals, generating sales related reports for management, and performing general office functions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical specifications for quotations\/proposals and prepare accompanying materials.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret customer requirements; speak with customers or prospects to understand their needs and relay this information to the account executives.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying gaps in client\u2019s systems, cybersecurity, and technology processes\/workflows<\/li>\n<li>Perform technical presentations that demonstrates how products and services can benefit and meet customer or prospect needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other related events. (May be restricted due to Covid-19 pandemic)<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for entering time and expenses in PSA system as they occur.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in minimal project deployments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong><u>Additional Duties and Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong>:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sales initiatives and provide cross functional assistance to other departments when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Review relevant publications and online materials to remain up to date with current and future trends emerging in the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Enter all work as activities or service tickets in PSA system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><u>Candidate Qualification Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified candidates must have a bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems from an accredited College or University .<\/li>\n<li>8+ years total technical experience<\/li>\n<li>2+ years experience within solutions engineering<\/li>\n<li>Robust understanding of product requirements and customer application<\/li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience building and deploying solutions to customers<\/li>\n<li>Strong prioritization and project management skills, understanding of business impact for various solutions<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be able to effectively communicate technical information to business executives in a way that is easy to understand.<\/li>\n<li>A LinksPro Advisor must exhibit high technical acumen and business values.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience of requirements gathering design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with hosting technologies including Windows and Linux based server systems, network storage systems and data center infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of current security issues and technologies concerning the industry, together with a demonstrable interest in keeping abreast with technical developments in this field.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate familiarity with cloud-based\/hybrid hosting and network solutions designs.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate familiarity with resilient solution design for networks and cloud-based\/hybrid hosting solutions and discuss security implications for the two disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Internet connectivity methods including, MPLS, VPN and leased circuit services using fiber and wireless presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations, executive management and product development<\/li>\n<li>Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Active driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel through sales territory Project management experience a distinct advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2731,"template":"","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_job_location":"New Jersey","_application":"","_company_name":"LINKSPRO","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.linkspro.com","_company_tagline":"Client Focused.
